2.2 Guest Reservations
You may use the application without an account. In this case, we collect your name, email, and phone number solely to process the specific reservation.
2.3 Location Information
If you enable "Near Me" features, we request access to your device location to show nearby facilities. This is optional and can be disabled in your device settings at any time.
2.4 Usage & Crash Data
- Usage Data: Anonymous information about screens visited, features used, and interaction events.
- Crash Reports: Technical logs (device type, OS version, app version) used to diagnose and fix stability issues.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:

8. Account Deletion

If you are logged into the PinoSports mobile application, you can delete your account directly:
- Go to Profile > Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. This will immediately deactivate your account and schedule your data for deletion.
8.2 Web Request (No Login Required)
If you cannot access the app or prefer to use a web browser, you can submit a deletion request without logging in:

Upon submission, our support team will verify your request and process the deletion of your account and associated data within 30 days.
8.3 Data Retention
Once your account is deleted:
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone) will be permanently removed or anonymized.
- Past reservation records may be retained for accounting and legal purposes but will be disassociated from your personal identity where possible.

PinoSports is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.
